This project included the refurbishment and expansion of Grade II* listed buildings to create a 75-bed student accommodation, featuring communal amenities like a cinema room, gym, and common/games rooms. Through collaborative teamwork and cooperation, we were able to overcome risks associated with party wall agreements, listed building consent, and revised planning consent, to ensure the client’s satisfaction with the completed project.
