We have collaborated with Urban Creation on numerous occasions, delivering designs for prestigious serviced apartments and student accommodation projects in central Bristol, including this one on White Ladies Road. This particular project transforms a four-story former department store into 63 student bedrooms, consisting of 53 studios and 5 “twodios.” The development involved the demolition and construction of a new timber-framed rear extension, requiring foundation plans and comprehensive structural design.
